Editorial Feedback Period, December 15 – January 15: A new offering by River Glass Books, we will be providing professional editorial feedback on submissions received between December 15 and January 15. Both chapbook and shorter manuscripts of any form / genre are welcome, and all submissions will be considered for publication as a chapbook or part of a forthcoming anthology in 2026 or 2027.
Reading fee for editorial feedback:
$10 for manuscripts of 3-5 pages
$18 for manuscripts of 20-30 pages
To submit work during the editorial feedback period, first make a payment here or via mailed check and then send your manuscript via email according to guidelines on our submissions page. The length of our response will vary according to the work submitted, and in all cases we will give your work the attention it deserves.
Our mission is to advance climate justice and foster a culture of sustainability in the arts while publishing world-class literature. We rely on a team of dedicated volunteer staff—and the readers, writers, and artists who have supported us over the years. Reading fees help cover general overhead expenses. Book sale proceeds support the conservation of threatened charapa turtles and the sustainable development of the Mandari Panga community in the Ecuadorian Amazon basin.
